Shah Rukh Khan’s Raees co-star Mahira Khan has tested positive for COVID-19. The actress took to her social media to share a post, informing her fans about the same. Mahira Khan is a Pakistani actor, known for her performance in the film Raees. She starred alongside Bollywood Badshah, Shah Rukh Khan in her first Bollywood film. Mahira Khan made a post on her Instagram and said that though it has been ‘rough’, she is hopeful that things will change for the better soon.
Informing fans about her ill-health, the Raees actor wrote, “I have tested positive for COVID-19. I’m isolating and have also informed all those who were in close contact with me over the last few days. It’s been rough but it will be ok soon, InshAllah. Please please wear a mask and follow all other SOPs - for your sake and others. Love, Mahira Khan.” The actress also added a postscript under the long penned note that reads, “Prayers and movie recommendations are more than welcome.” As Mahira shared about her COVID-19 diagnosis, she got several get-well-soon wishes from fans and well-wishers in the comments section. Reacting to Khan’s post, Bollywood actor Mouni Roy also sent her love. She commented, “Sending you lots of love. Get well soonest xx.”
