Rahul Roy Finally Discharged From Hospital; Brother-In-Law Says His Therapies Will Continue And He Will Be Fine In 6-7 Months
More than a month after being admitted to the hospital, Aashiqui actor Rahul Roy has been discharged from the hospital. In November last year, Rahul Roy suffered a brain stroke while shooting for his upcoming film in Kargil. Due to extreme weather conditions, Rahul Roy suffered a stroke following which he was air dashed to Mumbai and then admitted to the hospital. Now the actor is back at home after getting discharged from Mumbai’s Wockhardt Hospital on Wednesday.

Announcing the same on his social media Rahul Roy shared a collage of pictures and wrote alongside, “I am back home after a long treatment in the hospital. I am recovering and it’s still a long journey for full recovery. Today I would like to thank everyone who stood by me all this while, Rohit my brother, my sister my best friend Priyanka @priyankaroy_pia my brother in law Romeer @romeersen along with my friends Aditi Gowitrikar @aditigovitrikar , Dr Huz, Zahid, Ashwini Kumar, Azhar, Shruti Dwivedi @shrutidwivediofficial , Suchitra Pillai @suchipillai and all my fans for praying for me. Love you all Rahul Roy.”

Rahul Roy’s brother-in-law also confirmed the same to ETimes and said, “He is delighted to be back home. His physio and speech therapy will continue. It will take some time but he should be fine in 6-7 months. It has been a tough 45 days, more for Rahul than us. He was brave enough to undergo the treatment and fight it out. We are with him and pray for his best."
