On the occasion of the 96th anniversary of Raj Kapoor, his family members and fans remembered the great showman of Indian cinema. His grandkids Kareena Kapoor Khan, Karisma Kapoor, Riddhima Kapoor Sahni, remembered their dadaji and shared adorable pictures from their childhood with Raj Kapoor. Neetu Kapoor also remembered him, and shared a rare picture of her wedding with Rishi Kapoor, which also features the late Raj Kapoor.

Kareena Kapoor Khan took to her Instagram and shared a monochromatic picture featuring Raj Kapoor, his wife Krishna and Kareena’s father Randhir Kapoor. Posting the precious snap, she wrote, “There will never be another... Happy birthday Dadaji.” Karisma Kapoor also posted an old picture of Raj Kapoor holding little Karisma Kapoor in his arms. She wrote, “So many learning’s from my Dadaji..remembering you on ur birthday.. #grandpalove #legend.” Rishi Kapoor and Neetu Kapoor’s daughter Riddhima Kapoor Sahni shared a lovely throwback snap of Raj Kapoor with his grandkids sitting on his lap, and wrote, “Miss you.”

Ranbir Kapoor’s mother Neetu Kapoor took to her Instagram and posted a black-and-white picture from her wedding with Rishi Kapoor. Meanwhile, veteran actor Dharmendra also posted an olden golden picture of him with Raj Kapoor and wrote, “Raj Sahab , today is your birthday Anniversary. We miss you sir . You will always be remembered with great love and respect.” Shatrughan Sinha also posted several throwback pictures of Raj Kapoor, and penned tweets remembering him. “Main Raj Kapoor ka deewana tha, deewana hu, aur deewana rahunga. His penchant for music, grandeur on celluloid have been a visual treat,” he wrote.
