Ranbir Kapoor and Alia Bhatt are all set to tie the knot today. The couple's wedding festivities started on Wednesday with a mehendi ceremony. It was attended by close friends and family members including Kareena Kapoor Khan, Karan Johar, Karisma Kapoor among others. Alia Bhatt's besties were also present at the festivities. Today is the big day and Alia's best friend Anushka Ranjan shared a picture of herself all decked up for the wedding.

On Wednesday, Neetu confirmed that Ranbir and Alia will be getting married today. The wedding will take place at Ranbir's home Vastu. During an interaction with the media, talking about her daughter-in-law-to-be, she said, "She is the best. God bless them, really."
Earlier, there were rumours of RK-Alia's wedding getting postponed. However, Alia's uncle refuted the rumours and shared that the wedding is happening as per schedule i.e. 14th April.
He was quoted by Mid-Day saying, "I don't know of any change in the wedding date or of any security issue. I have not been informed about the postponement. As far as I know, their wedding is happening on April 14 as scheduled. It's definitely not on April 20."
Ranbir and Alia have been dating for more than four years. They fell in love with each other while working on Ayan Mukerji's upcoming film Brahmastra. Since confirming relationship, they have been giving couple goals to everyone.
