Preparations for Ranbir Kapoor and Alia Bhatt’s wedding have begun
B-Town’s most highly-awaited wedding of Ranbir Kapoor and Alia Bhatt is likely to take place in the second week of this month and needless to say, all eyes are on it. As per several media reports, Ranbir and Alia will tie the knot in an intimate ceremony on April 17 at RK Bungalow in Chembur. While with each passing day their wedding speculations are gaining momentum, now, it is being said that preparations have begun at the venue.
According to the latest report in Etimes, the wedding festivities will commence from April 13-14 onward and will go on for three to four days with ceremonies following the Punjabi traditions. A source revealed to the portal that Chembur- the wedding venue is already in the process of being decked up for the big day. “Family means the world for the Kapoors. It is perhaps the last Kapoor shaadi from this generation, which is why they wanted to keep it close to their roots,” said an insider. It is being said that the RK bungalow has a sprawling lawn and is quite huge so it is enough to accommodate friends and family for Ranbir and Alia’s wedding.
Meanwhile, ahead of his wedding, the Rockstar actor will host a grand bachelor's party for his close friends, and Arjun Kapoor, Aditya Roy Kapur, and Ayan Mukerji are on the guest list. Reportedly, Alia Bhatt will jet off to Switzerland to shoot for Karan Johar's Rocky Aur Rani Ki Prem Kahani post-wedding. Ranbir is likely to join his ladylove in Switzerland after their dreamy wedding.
