Ranbir Kapoor-Alia Bhatt Wedding: Randhir Kapoor DENIES It, Says,’ If Such A Big Wedding Was Happening, Somebody Would Have Informed Me'
Ranbir Kapoor and Alia Bhatt have been grabbing headlines owing to their wedding speculations. Earlier, we have informed you about the details regarding the much-awaited wedding of B-town couple- Ranbir and Alia. The couple is rumoured to get married in an intimate ceremony in April and it is said they both will exchange wedding vows in Ranbir Kapoor’s ancestral home, RK house. However, amid this, Ranbir’s uncle and veteran actor Randhir Kapoor has reacted to this and asserted that he has no information about the wedding.

Speaking to Hindustan Times, Randhir has denied all such reports. He was quoted as saying, “I’m not in Mumbai right now, and I haven’t heard anything about the wedding. If such a big wedding was happening at our house, somebody would have surely called me up and informed me.”

Randhir Kapoor is currently travelling to Shirdi and was on his way when he denied all such rumours about Alia and Ranbir’s much-hyped wedding.

Not just, Randhir, celebrity Mehendi artist Veena Nagda, too echoed similar sentiments and revealed that nobody has contacted her. She said, “Nobody has contacted me yet. I met Alia a couple of days back but no mention of wedding from her either. If the wedding is indeed happening this month, then it’s really going to be a short notice for me.”

Meanwhile, a few days ago, pictures of Alia Bhatt and Ranbir Kapoor outside designer Beena Kannan’s store went viral and fans in no time started speculating that they both were doing their wedding shopping.

Ranbir and Alia fell in love with each other on the sets of their film Brahmastra, which marks their first onscreen collaboration. Directed by Ayan Mukerji, the film will hit the theatres on 9 September 2022.
