A prayer meet was held at Kapoor residence yesterday as it was the thirteenth day of mourning (tehravi) since Rishi Kapoor's demise. While Riddhima Kapoor Sahni is with mom Neetu Kapoor, son Ranbir Kapoor attended the prayer meet with girlfriend Alia Bhatt. Both dressed in white appeared together. However, netizens seem to be angry with Ranbir Kapoor. The actor was slammed on social media for not staying with his mother post the demise of his father.

A netizen wrote on social media, "Ranbir couldn't even stay with his Mom & Sister at this time. Disheartening- Anyways RIP Rishi Kapoor," as reported by Filmibeat. Ranbir and Alia are living together in times of quarantine and earlier, a video of two taking their dogs for a walk had gone viral on social media. While the actor got judged for living with his girlfriend than his mother post the demise of Rishi Kapoor, some also came in Ranbir's defense.
