Ranbir Kapoor's Rockstar Co-Star And Dil Bechara Actress Sanjana Sanghi’s Throwback Pic Has Fangirl Written Over It
Sanjana Sanghi is all smiles in the throwback picture with her Rockstar co-star Ranbir Kapoor. Sanjana played Nargis Fakhri’s sister in the movie and also shared screen space with RK. Sanjana will next be seen as a lead in Dil Bechara opposite Sushant Singh Rajput
Sanjana Sanghi is all set for her upcoming film, Dil Bechara. The stunning actress made her acting debut with Imtiaz Ali’s Rockstar in which she played Nargis Fakri’s younger sister and took our hearts away. Here is a cute picture of Sanjana and her co-star Ranbir Kapoor from Rockstar’s magical set. The then 14-year-old teenager, who had never seen anything close to a film set and had nothing to do with the film till 48 hours before Rockstar shoot had transformed into the character Mandy.
A new journey began for the star on Rockstar’s sets in Dharamshala. Facing the camera for the first time ever in her life under Imtiaz Ali’s parent-like tutelage and Ranbir’s guardian angel aura, with instant lifelong bonds being created in that sheer innocence of childhood and spontaneity of the performance. The young girl has definitely come a long way since then. She is currently gearing up for her movie opposite Sushant Singh Rajput, helmed by Mukesh Chhabra which is releasing in November.
In the picture, one can see Sanjana smiling as her co-star RK hugs her. Also if you see carefully we can spot Sushant Singh Rajput in the background in a blue jersey.
Dil Bechara which is an official remake of Hollywood film The Fault In Our Stars was previously titled as Kizie Aur Manny.
In the month of March Sanjana had shared a romantic still from the film announcing the release date of the movie.
