Randeep Hooda Will Struggle To Recall 48 Hours Of His Life In Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s Next
Remember how Arbaaz Khan had once mentioned how Randeep Hooda was the first choice for Dabangg before Salman Khan. This proves that the actor has carved his niche in the industry and remains on the wish list of several filmmakers. Wrapping up Imtiaz Ali's Aaj Kal starring Sara Ali Khan and Kartik Aaryan, he will soon play an interesting role in his next. Helmed by Sanjay Leela Bhansali, the actor will play a professional from the advertising world. But the twist to his role will bowl over the audience. The actor's onscreen character will fail to recollect 48 hours of his life, leading to him to a mess and confusion.

As per a quote of filmmaker Mohaan Nadaar in Mumbai Mirror he said, "Randeep plays an advertising professional who is unable to recollect the last 48 hours of his life. He is in middle of a highway, trying to piece to all together." The actor will start shooting for the film in Scotland from August 16 in Arbroath. The original concept for the movie was conceived by Sunny Deol’s manager, that’s when Mohaan liked the script and approached Randeep. Luckily the actor also gave a nod to the script.

The actor is said to reach the location 3 days in advance to prep for the role and attend a workshop. The crew has planned to shoot with 3 cameras and will have Randeep mouthing the dialogues in English and Hindi. Maximum film will be shot post sunset with an aim to finish the actor's portion in 24 days.

The film directed by Vivek Chouhan and produced by The Production Headquarters Ltd - UK  is an edge of the seat thriller in a format that has never been attempted in India before. It is tentatively titled as Rat on the Highway.
