As per reports, Gully Boy was among the 26 entries from India made to the Oscars. Other films in the running were Raazi, Padmaavat, Hichki, October, Love Sonia, Mahanati, Pihu, Kadvi Hawa, Bioscopewala, Manto, 102 Not out, Padman, Bhayanakam, Ajji, Nude, Gali Guliiyan among others. So far only three films including Aamir Khan's Lagaan, Mother India and Mira Nair's Salaam Bombay have made it to the last round of Oscars.
We do hope to see Gully Boy bringing the prestigious award home *fingers crossed*. Kudos to the team.
