After enthralling the viewers in the role of a street rapper in Gully Boy, Ranveer Singh has begun prep work on his next flick ’83 that will see his role modeled on the legendary former Indian cricket captain, Kapil Dev. The actor is currently in Dharamshala, preparing for his role of a cricketer and the man himself, Kapil Dev has also been coaching him to get the nuances perfect.

Pictures of the duo from the stadium went viral a few days back. Now, a few videos of Ranveer singing and dancing with the team are breaking the Internet. We also see former Indian cricketer Mohinder Amarnath in one of the videos. From dancing on Nashe Si Chadh Gayi, doing the rap of Gully Boy to singing Tum Toh Thehre Pardesi, Ranveer is a ball of energy. Check out the videos right here:


The movie ’83 follows the real journey of India’s cricketing victory against West Indies in the World Cup of 1983.

Apart from this movie, Ranveer will be seen in Takht which also stars Kareena Kapoor Khan, Alia Bhatt, Vicky Kaushal, Bhumi Pednekar, Janhvi Kapoor and Anil Kapoor.
