Actors and Gunday co-stars Ranveer Singh and Arjun Kapoor are examples of ‘jigri yaari’. They not only express their ‘OTT’ love on social media and in public but they are great cheerleaders in each other’s lives as well. So, why did Ranveer say ‘Buss yaar aur nahi’ to bestie Arjun when he posted his pictures? The Ishqzaade actor took to his Instagram recently where he dropped a series of suave pictures of himself wearing a three-piece suit. The actor flaunts his lean and mean looks in the pictures that impressed Ranveer to such an extent that he had to say ‘no more’.
While sharing the pictures, Arjun captioned, “Walking into the weekend” Reacting to his photos, Ranveer quipped, “Buss yaar aur nahi,” followed by a fiery heart emoticon. On the other hand, his half-sister Janhvi Kapoor commented, “Looking too good!!!!!” Kapoor recently became the cover boy of Harper Bazaar where he graced the cover page with his sister Janhvi for the first time. As the sibling duo killed it with their sexy and classy looks, in an interview with them, Arjun said he feels that had it not been his equation with Janhvi and Khushi Kapoor, he ‘would have resented many things’ and ‘never felt the need to reconnect with his father Boney Kapoor at this level’.
"I’ve not lived with my father as much as I would have liked to. I keep getting told that I am like him, but I don’t see it. Through meeting Janhvi and Khushi, and breaking that barrier, I have now been able to build a more authentic relationship with him. We have all confronted many of our demons. It has to do with letting go, which is very cathartic...it is strangely therapeutic to just sit around and talk rubbish, and realise that you were holding onto things, unknowingly or knowingly, because you were supposed to,” he told the magazine.
