Raveena Tandon reveals how Salman Khan told people he knows her for 120 years on the sets of Nach Baliye 9
Actress Raveena Tandon is known more for her dance performances in her films. The Tip Tip Barsa Paani girl is indeed the best choice for co-judging Nach Baliye 9 with choreographer-director Ahmed Khan. Now, in a recent interview, the actress revealed how Salman Khan tells everyone that he knows her since 120 years.
In a report by Mid-Day, Raveena spoke about teaming up with her debut co-star Salman Khan and her joy in reuniting with him on Nach Baliye 9. The actress recently revealed how Salman and his humour hasn’t changed since their Patthar Ke Phool (1991) days, she said, "He told everyone that he knows me since the last 120 years." She further added on the bond she shares with the Bharat star, "There's a comfort factor with him. We spoke non-stop on the set, but when the episode was telecast, I realised that they had edited out a major chunk due to time constraints. We then told each other, 'Why did we talk so much?'"
Raveena shared how her debut film dominated their chat on the set as the two had subsequently teamed up for the 1994 comedy Andaz Apna Apna, she further said, "We kept remembering [anecdotes from] the film's shoot. We go back 29 years, so one can well imagine our conversation."
The actress has judged several shows like Bada Kalakar and believes in being fair and not too strict in terms of participants and their performances, "I don't believe in being too strict. My job is not to berate the contestants but to encourage them. They are all doing their best. No one intentionally wants to give a bad performance," she added.
While Raveena entered the grand premiere of Nach Baliye 9 with a mind-blowing act, Salman being the producer also participated in revealing the jodis on the show. Raveena looked stunning as she was wearing a black shimmery jumpsuit, with a perfectly styled high-ponytail.
