Rhea Chakraborty Granted Bail: Actress Spotted With Father At Santacruz Police Station; Leaves After Marking Presence-Report

Rhea Chakraborty, who was arrested on September 8, by the Narcotics Control Bureau in connection to the actor Sushant Singh Rajput's death case, was granted bail yesterday. On Wednesday, Rhea Chakraborty was released on bail from Byculla Jail, in the evening hours of the day. While granting the bail, the Bombay High Court laid down some conditions which Rhea is required to follow. Today, the Jalebi actress was spotted leaving from Santacruz Police station, after marking her presence post her bail, as per a report.
According to an update in the Times Of India, Rhea Chakraborty was snapped outside Santacruz Police station with her father Indrajit Chakraborty. A day after she was released on bail, Rhea Chakraborty arrived at the nearest police station, to mark her presence. On Thursday, Rhea Chakraborty was spotted leaving with her father. While granting her bail, the Bombay High Court ordered that the actress has to show her availability at the nearest police station, from her residence, from anytime between 11:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
The Bombay High Court granted bail to Rhea Chakraborty with a Rs 1 Lakh bail bond. She was also asked to submit her passport and other required documents at the police station. While granting bail, another condition was that Rhea is not allowed to travel abroad without permission or leave the city for that matter.

Rhea Chakraborty was arrested by the Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) in a drug case that emerged from investigations into the death of actor Sushant Singh Rajput and her judicial custody was extended till October 6. Apart from Rhea, her brother Showik Chakraborty was arrested by the NCB, whose bail was rejected by the HC yesterday. Other than Rhea, late Sushant Singh Rajput's house manager Samuel Miranda and house help Dipesh Sawant, who were arrested with Showik, were also granted bail.
