A week ago, Rhea Chakraborty’s alleged WhatsApp messages to Mahesh Bhatt on June 8, after she left Sushant Singh Rajput’s residence were accessed by Aaj Tak. The alleged text show Mahesh Bhatt telling Rhea not to look back, while Rhea had messaged Mahesh Bhatt, ‘Aisha moves on.’ Several allegations have been leveled against Rhea by Sushant’s father KK Singh in the FIR filed in Patna. Now, Rhea broke her silence, and while speaking to India Today, addressed some of the allegations.

In the interview with India Today, Rhea was asked about the text exchanged between Mahesh Bhatt and her, about not looking back. Rhea recalled what happened after she left Sushant’s residence on June 8. She said that she was deeply upset and hurt that Sushant did not call her back. She wondered if it was over for him and that was it. She said that it was natural to have felt hurt then. However, she later added that the Mahesh Bhatt text that was referred to isn’t related to this.

She told India Today, “I was definitely very upset and hurt. Mujhe kaafi bura lag raha tha ki unhone mujhe call back nahi kiya, unhone mujhe wapas nahi bulaaya. Is it over for him? Itna hi tha? Ab main bimaar hu toh aap nahi chahte mujhe? Toh naturally agar aapko koi bhi aisa bole, bura toh feel hoga. Lekin ye jo aap refer kar rahe hain, iss conversation se uska lena dena nahi hai.”


Meanwhile, in the alleged chats accessed by Aaj Tak, Rhea had written to Mahesh Bhatt n June 8, “Aisha moves on...sir...with a heavy heart and a sense of relief. Our last call was a wakeup call. You are my angel You were then And you are now,” while Mahesh Bhatt allegedly sent, “Don't look back. Make it possible what is inevitable. My love to your father.
