Several accusations were leveled against Rhea Chakraborty after Sushant Singh Rajput’s father KK Singh filed an FIR in Patna Bihar, in which he accused her of abetting Sushant’s suicide. Several shocking claims about Rhea were also made by people linked to Sushant. Now, Rhea Chakraborty, in an interview with India Today, has clarified some of the allegations, one of which was about Sushant paying for their Europe trip.

Rhea was asked if Sushant paid for everything on this trip. While speaking to India Today, Rhea said, “No, actually on this trip, Paris mein mera ek shoot tha with Shein, a clothing brand. I was called to attend the fashion show in Paris. My to and fro business class tickets and hotel were booked by the company. But Sushant thought it’s a great idea to make a Europe trip out of this. So he canceled those tickets- I have those tickets, just in case, I have to prove- he canceled those tickets and booked first class tickets and the rest of the trip he paid for the hotels.” She further said that Sushant wanted to pay for the hotels and she absolutely did not have a problem with that.

“He wanted to and I absolutely didn’t have a problem with that. I had a problem with how much he was spending. Mujhe laga bohot zyada lamba trip hai, bohot zyada paise kharch ho rahe hai. But ultimately he lived King-size. Wo aise hi jeeta tha,” said Rhea.


She revealed that a year or two ago, Sushant had gone on a Thailand trip with 6 boys during which he spent 70 lakh rupees and took a private jet. “Aur ye Sushant ki lifestyle choices thi. However he wants to live his life, usmein aap kaun hote hain bataane wale use kaise jeena chahiye, apni girlfriend ko saath le jaana chahiye ya nahi. Uski marzi, he lived like a star, he lived like a king, he loved it. I was not living off Sushant’s money, we were living like a couple,” said Rhea.
