On August 14, 2021, Anil and Sunita Kapoor’s daughter, Rhea Kapoor tied the knot with her boyfriend, Karan Boolani. Her wedding took place at Anil Kapoor’s Juhu residence in presence of her family members and close ones. Keeping in the mind the COVID-19 pandemic, the family opted for a private wedding ceremony over her big fat wedding. Known to share a great bond with many in the industry, the senior Kapoors sent out gifts announcing Rhea’s wedding.

Jackie Shroff’s wife Ayesha Shroff posted a picture of the card received from the Kapoor family on her INSTA Stories. While Anil and Sunita were elated to announce Rhea’s wedding to Karan Bhoolani, they asked everyone to bless the newlywed. Also hoping to celebrate this big day when the situation comes under control. The card also carried the names of the bride’s sister Sonam Kapoor, brother-in-law Anand Ahuja and brother Harshvardhan Kapoor along with her parents.

The text on the card sent out by Anil and Sunita read, “Elated to announce that on 14.08.21, Karan and Rhea were married in a small ceremony at home. The circumstances of our time prevented us from having many of our loved ones with us. We deeply missed having you all there but you were in our hearts. As Rhea and Karan start their new life together, we ask for only your blessings and love for their journey forward.
