Rhea Kapoor Reveals She ‘Wanted To Run Away And Get Married In Living Room’; Sonam Kapoor Pens A Heartwarming Note For Her Sister
Sonam Kapoor and Rhea Kapoor have shared some new unseen pictures from the latter's wedding ceremonies.
Actor Sonam Kapoor’s sister Rhea Kapoor tied the knot with her boyfriend Karan Boolani on August 14 at Anil Kapoor’s Juhu residence. Ever since the wedding, her family members as well as the bride and groom have been sharing some endearing pictures from the wedding ceremonies. We yet again got treated with a few more unseen pictures of their wedding that were shared by Rhea herself. She took to her Instagram and dropped a few candid shots with her hubby Karan, revealing she wanted to run away and get married in the living room.
“I wanted to run away and get married in my living room. Thank you for making that possible,” she captioned it. On the other hand, Sonam seemed to have become a little emotional as she penned a sister love post on her gram, attaching a stunning picture of the Kapoor sisters. In the photo, Sonam, clad in a gorgeous mint green Anarkali with heavy jewellery, is posing behind her sister Rhea. Both of them opted for Anamika Khanna’s couture for the wedding, oozing royalty.
Sharing the picture, the Nerja actor wrote, “Side by side or miles apart, we sisters will always be connected by heart. Honoured to be the sister of the most beautiful bride. Love you. @rheakapoor”
After the wedding, Rhea penned a lovely post for her husband and family saying, “12 years later, I shouldn’t have been nervous or overwhelmed because you’re my best friend and the best guy ever. But I cried and shook and had stomach flips all the way through because I didn’t know how humbling the experience would be. I’ll always be that girl who had to come home to juhu at 11 pm before my parents fell asleep. Only until now I didn’t know how lucky I was to feel torn.
