Ever since the news of veteran actor Rishi Kapoor being diagnosed with cancer had broke, fans have only been concerned. It was last year in the month of September that Rishi Kapoor and his wife Neetu Kapoor jetted off to New York City for the former’s treatment. Fast forward to now, Rishi Kapoor hasn’t only recovered well but he is also gearing up to head back in the bay. Yes, you read it right! Earlier in the morning, SpotboyE exclusively revealed how Rishi Kapoor will be returning to Mumbai tomorrow. Well, now, the news has been confirmed by his daughter Riddhima Kapoor Sahni herself.
Taking to her Instagram story, an excited Riddhima Kapoor shared a throwback picture of papa Rishi Kapoor, who was all smiles as he posed alongside his strength, Neetu Kapoor. In her caption, Riddhima Kapoor couldn’t contain her happiness of Rishi Kapoor’s come back to Mumbai, as she wrote; “They are coming home,” followed by a heart emoji. Aww! Earlier, in a conversation with Times Now, the Bobby actor revealed how his recovery wouldn’t have been possible without Neetu Kapoor’s support. “She has been a rock of Gibraltar, really really supported me without her I wouldn't be not getting anywhere,” said Rishi Kapoor. Neetu Kapoor, on the other hand, stated that Rishi Kapoor, during his phase of recovery, had become like his child. “It's like I told you he became like my child and I wanted to do everything in my power that he should not be in pain, he should get whatever he wants."
