Rishi Kapoor Death: Chief Advisor Of FWICE Ashoke Pandit Calls For Action Over The Viral Video Of Late Actor From The Hospital

A video of Rishi Kapoor from the hospital reportedly shot before his demise circulated on social media. Calling for action against this, FWICE's Chief Advisor Ashoke Pandit has slammed the hospital said that it's unethical of the staff to invade someone's privacy.

Rishi Kapoor breathed his last in a hospital in Mumbai, while surrounded by family. The Bobby actor passed away on April 30 and his funeral was held in a crematorium in Marine Lines, Mumbai. While condolences and tribute poured for him on social media, a few videos of the actor reportedly shot inside the hospital also made it to the internet. Protesting against these videos, Ashoke Pandit, the Chief Advisor of FWICE has demanded action against the hospital staff over the same.

Taking to his Twitter handle, Ashoke Pandit condemned the video and stated that it is the breach of privacy. In the tweet, he wrote, "@fwice_mum raises protest over viral video of #RishiKapoor ji in ICU at HN hospital.The video is unethical -without permission &violates fundamental right to live with dignity-privacy of a legend who lived a glorious & dignified life& loved ,regarded , held in high esteem by all."

Along with the tweet, he attached a letter addressed to the Chairperson of the hospital. The letter talks about how it was unethical of the hospital staff to shoot a video of Rishi Kapoor and urged for strict action against the same.


Earlier, TV actor Kushal Tandon too raised his voice against Rishi Kapoor's video from the hospital bed and he wrote, "There’s a forward that a ward boy or someone from the hospital has shot of Rishi Kapoor in his hospital bed just before he passed. I saw it. And think it’s a gross violation of his privacy. If you do receive it, delete it rather than forward it further. I did." He had further cleared it that he was talking about a video that showed Rishi Kapoor in the ICU.
