Ever imagined Riteish Deshmukh as Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj?
Well, the actor is all set to bring the life of the Maratha king on the big screen in his next Marathi venture, Chhatrapati Shivaji. This will be his second Marathi venture after Lai Bhaari. The movie will be produced by his wife Genelia D’Souza under their banner, Mumbai Film Company.
Genelia shared the news on Twitter.
A source working on the project revealed to SpotboyE.com, "It will be directed by Ravi Jadhav who has previously given hit films like Balak Palak, Timepass and Yellow. The budget of the movie is around 15-20 approx crore, which is a colossal amount for a Marathi movie."
