And how late was 'fashionably late'? Four hours to be precise.

What took them so long, you wonder? Turns out, Ranveer and Deepika took a chartered flight to Pune where the event was being held. As luck would have it, the two faced bad weather and had a rough ride. Hence, the delay.
Unfortunately, their despair didn't end there.
After the event, the two were required to return to Mumbai. However, they were once again left at the mercy of the weather. While the event ended around 5 in the evening, Dippy and Ranveer were left twiddling their thumbs until the torrential rains ended. Poor things were airborne once again after a good three hours of waiting. Ouch!
