Deepika Padukone, Akshay Kumar, Abhishek Bachchan, John Abraham and the entire cast of Sajid Nadiadwala’s Housefull franchise to reunite for its fifth part.
Sajid Nadiadwala’s Housefull franchise is among one of the most successful comedy film series of Bollywood. Now, here’s a piece of good news for all the Housefull fans across. After a huge success at Box office last year with Housefull 4 hitting the 200 crore club we now hear makers are gearing up for the fifth instalment to the series. Nadiadwala plans to bring all the characters from the previous instalment for the 5th one which will mark the return on Deepika Padukone, Abhishek Bachchan, John Abraham, Jacqueline Fernandez and many more to the franchise.
A source close to the development informs us, “It will be a huge ensemble cast since all the characters are coming back together for the 5th instalment. Sajid Nadiadwala, along with his team, is working on the script and plan to shoot the movie in Imax format. Last films shot in Bollywood with such a format are Bahubali & Padmavaat. With this Sajid & Akshay are making their own Comedy Avenger Universe.” Sounds huge, isn’t it?
While Deepika Padukone and Lara Dutta starred in the first part of the series, Akshay Kumar and Riteish Deshmukh have been a part of all the instalments. Well, we can’t wait to witness this one hell of an epic reunion on the big screen already!
