It’s a no-brainer as to why Inshallah is the most-talked-about film right now. A) For the unconventional pairing of Salman Khan and Alia Bhatt and B) the movie will mark Salman's reunion with his Hum Dil De Chuke Sanam director Sanjay Leela Bhansali after a decade. As Alia Bhatt has shared a confirmation on her Twitter handle, the news around the film has started ringing in the media and the latest one is the Bharat actor's character in the film.
According to reports in Mumbai Mirror, a source was quoted that Salman who will play a 40-year old business will be presented as someone who is young at heart. The source said, "It’s a character that’s young at heart and Salman will sport a stylish look, complete with designer jackets and sunglasses." The report further says Salman’s character is based in the city of Orlando, situated in the state of Florida in the USA.
On the other hand, Alia will essay the role of an aspiring actor in her mid-20s. The report stated that the character hails from a place situated at the banks of river Ganga and hence Bhansali and his team had been visiting places like Varanasi, Rishikesh and Haridwar. The source added, “Alia’s character (of an aspiring actress in her mid-20s) is from a place that is situated near the river Ganga, which is why Bhansali is contemplating on these locations.”
Well, their characters have really intrigued us and we are pretty excited to see them on screen.
Talking about the work diaries, Alia who was last in the muti-starrer Kalank will be next seen in Brahmashtra with her beau Ranbir Kapoor, Amitabh Bachchan, Mouni Roy and Nagarjuna. Takht starring Ranveer Singh, Kareena Kapoor Khan, Vicky Kaushal, Anil Kapoor, Janhvi Kapoor and Bhumi Pednekar.
On the other hand, Salman who was last in the hit film, Bharat will kick-start shooting for Sohail Khan's Sher Khan after completing Inshallah and Dabangg 3 starring Sonakshi Sinha.
