Salman Khan Feels Marriage Is A “Dying Institution”
Decades have passed and many have been asking one question to Salman Khan, “When will you marry?” Not just in real life but on reel as well, this query of the millennium has been used time and again. Salman has made his desire of not marrying anyone evident a couple of times in the past. At times citing his court cases as the reason and sometimes dodging the question with his wit.

Recently, during an interview with Bombay Times for his upcoming film, Bharat, co-starring Katrina Kaif, Disha Patani and Sunil Grover, Salman has expressed his disbelief in marriages. “I don’t believe in marriage. I think it’s a dying institution. I don’t believe in it at all. Companionship? Yes,” Salman told the leading daily.

So, you know that this Khan is far from tying the knot. However, when it comes to kids, Salman is open to the idea. “When it has to happen, it will happen,” quips Khan.

The superstar also spoke about the lull phase in the career of Bollywood’s top 3 Khans- Aamir, Shah Rukh and himself, in 2018. Answering to the same, Salman said, “Since the beginning of the film industry, not even 100 films may have touched the Rs 100 crore benchmark. Rs 100 crore is still a large number. I keep on saying, I hope ke jitni badi mega flop (aapko meri picture lagti) hai, main dua deta hu ke dusron ki picture utni hi badi hit ho jaaye. Even Race 3, which people say didn’t do that well, did a business of over Rs 170 crore, that’s huge. With all the negativity around it, the film still worked.”
