Pooja Bhatt has condemned the shooting incident that took place outside Salman Khan's home in Bandra, Mumbai. In a social media post, she expressed her concern over the lack of safety and called for more stringent security measures in the area. Bhatt described the incident as "horrific and condemnable," questioning how such an event could happen even with a police van stationed outside the actor's residence for protection. She emphasized that if such an incident can occur despite the presence of security, it suggests that safety in the area may be an illusion. Bhatt called for heightened surveillance in Bandra, noting that the neighbourhood had previously experienced a rise in robberies and now faced a shooting incident, which she found concerning.




The incident took place in the early hours of April 14, around 4:55 am, when two individuals on a motorcycle fired three shots in the air outside Khan's home. The police have deployed heavy security outside the superstar's residence, Galaxy Apartments, and are working to apprehend the suspects by reviewing CCTV footage. The incident has been reported to the Bandra Police Station, and the process of filing an FIR is underway.

A forensic team arrived at the scene to gather evidence, and the Mumbai Police Crime Branch is taking charge of the investigation. Despite the alarming event, Salman Khan and his family members are safe and unharmed. Pooja Bhatt's statements underscore the need for improved safety measures to protect not only high-profile individuals but all residents in the area.
