Salman Khan Is On A Roll; Soon To Shoot For Tiger 3’s Last Leg, Followed By Diving Into His Next Projects Godfather And Kabhi Eid Kabhi Diwali
Salman Khan will shoot for these three films back-to-back mostly in Mumbai
Salman Khan is a busy bee these days, juggling between his films and TV projects. As reported in Pinkvilla, the actor who just returned to the bay shooting for Tiger 3, has begun shooting for some additional scenes of Antim: The Final Truth. Following this, he shall dive in to shoot for the last leg of Tiger 3. The last schedule of Tiger 3 is said to be spanning over 6 weeks and will be wrapped up by November 2021. Salman will shoot for it in Mumbai.
The portal states, “Massive sets have been put up at multiple locations in Mumbai for Tiger 3 and it’s going to be a non-stop 40 day shoot now before calling it a film wrap. The team of this Maneesh Sharma directorial will be shooting some action and dramatic scenes over this schedule with Salman, Katrina Kaif and Emraan Hashmi.” The Dabangg will then begin shooting for Chiranjeevi-starrer Godfather, makers have roped in Khan for an extended cameo.
The report adds, “It’s around 15-days of work for Salman in the Chiranjeevi-starrer. On finishing it, Salman will take his annual break for birthday and new year celebrations. The dates are however subject to change depending on the Covid scenario. This is a tentative schedule based on the dates allotted by the actor at present.”
Thus, marking his new year by commencing the shoot for his brand new film, Kabhi Eid Kabhi Diwali backed by Sajid Nadiadwala’s production banner. Report read, “It is expected to begin around January 15 in Mumbai. A massive set of a palace-like house will be put up at a studio in the city, which would result in the commencement of this comedy driven by action and drama. While Salman Khan and Pooja Hegde are locked as the leading actors, rest of the casting is underway.” This project will also see some prominent faces from the South Film industry joining the cast. The film has a cross-cultural love story element; makers are currently working on the music for the same.
Not stopping at this, the actor is yet to decide between two films, adds the report. “It will be either of Black Tiger with Rajkumar Gupta or Anees Bazmee’s comedy, with the former being the forefront. Looking at Salman Khan’s work schedule, 2022 and 2023 will be a treat to his fans, with his back-to-back releases. The report concluded, “Next year, it’s going to be Tiger 3 for Salman in lead with extended appearances in Pathan alongside Shah Rukh Khan and Godfather with Chiranjeevi.”
