Shera calls Salman Khan his ‘maallik’ (lord) after the actor penned a sweet note for him on his birthday!
Bollywood superstar Salman Khan never misses a chance to make his close ones feel special on their birthdays. And, most recently, Khan’s bodyguard Shera turned a year older and the actor wished him in the sweetest way possible. The Sultan star posted a throwback picture of him and Shera and penned a sweet note, sending his good wishes to him. Notably, it was Shera’s honest and endearing reply to Salman that won over the internet.
Taking to his Instagram handle, the Tiger Zinda Hai actor posted a smiling picture of them and wrote, “Happy birthday shera , god bless u man , be happy.@beingshera.” The bodyguard was quick to take note of Khan’s post and replied writing, “Thanks Maallik for all the love and blessing for soo many years.” In the throwback shot, while Salman is seen wearing a full-sleeve red T-shirt with jeans, Shera wore T-shirt and jeans look. Shera posed with his hand placed on Salman's shoulder, proving he shares a close bond with the superstar. Even Salman’s ex-girlfriend Sangeeta Bijlani wished Shera, writing, “Happy birthday Shera.” Interestingly, Shera has been working as chief security head of the 57-year-old actor for 28 years now. Salman even dedicated his film ‘Bodyguard’ to Shera.
In an old interview with Indian Express, Shera talked about Salman and said, “I am like a horse decked up at a wedding to carry the groom. I am only concerned about my Maalik (Salman) and wherever he goes, I am there. I am his Yes Man. Till date, whatever Maalik has asked, I’ve done. That is why I am a part of Maalik’s family.”
