On World Music Day 2020, Salman Khan’s rumoured girlfriend Iulia Vantur took to her Instagram feed and shared a heartwarming throwback video featuring the late composer Wajid Khan and singer Shaan. In the video, we see Iulia, Shaan and Wajid Khan crooning Tere Naina from Salman Khan and Daisy Shah’s Jai Ho. Remembering the ace music composer Wajid Khan who breathed his last on June 1, 2020, Iulia shared the video and expressed her gratitude for the treasure he has left behind, a gift for our hearts.
While sharing the video, Vantur also mentioned that the video in question is a beautiful memory from one of their rehearsals. The news of Wajid Khan’s demise shattered the industry as the composer was gone too early thus leaving the industry in void and sorrow. At the age of 47, Wajid Khan passed away due to cardiac arrest on June 1 at 12:30 am at Surana Sethia Hospital in Mumbai.
Many from the industry shared their condolence and grief note, amongst many, Ms Vantur too shared a heartwarming note for him which read, “Kind, gentle and immensely talented.
