A lot has been written about Salman Khan's newfound friendship with Shah Rukh Khan.
Sallu had even visited SRK on his 50th birthday, which was celebrated on November 2 (Salman Teaches SRK Some Cool Wrestling Moves, November 3).
So, it was not surprising that the Bajrangi Bhaijaan actor got miffed when asked about Shah Rukh's recent comments about an environment of 'Extreme Intolerance' prevailing in India.
The incident took place at Jio MAMI Mumbai Film Festival's closing ceremony last evening.
When posed with the question, Salman said, "We have come here for MAMI, right? So, let's talk about the festival. This is not the forum to speak on issues like this. I'll say something, you'll write something else, somebody else will go by what you've written...why do you want all this? Why do you want me to sponsor your channel? Just go through the dud phase right now. I'll give you a chance some other time."
The superstar, who was accompanied by Jackie Shroff, evaded further questions and walked off to where the shutterbugs were waiting for the duo.
