The reasons being speculated in the property market are:
He wants to expand his Being Human franchise and wants a chic place that can double up as a store and a restaurant.
The place could be a hotel to showcase sister Arpita’s association with an international luxury furniture brand.
Or he could just be looking at another place away from Mumbai where he can just relax or party.
If Salman does go through with the deal in Goa, he will join the likes of Priyanka Chopra who has a bungalow close to Baga beach and Akshay Kumar who owns a Portuguese-style home near Anjuna beach.
