Trishala, who is a psychotherapist, is quite active on social media. She often keeps everyone engaged with her interesting posts. Right from spreading awareness about social issues to conducting conversational sessions, Trishala has been a true blue social media queen lately. Recently, she held a Q&A session on her Instagram and revealed how she deals with judgmental people.
One of the users asked her 'How do you deal with so many people judging you constantly?' Replying to this, Sanjay Dutt’s daughter wrote, “I’ve had people judging me since the day I took my first breath, It comes with the family name unfortunately. When dealing with highly judgmental people, don’t take it personally.”
She added, “When people are feeling down, unhappy, lost, and disconnected from themselves and the world around them, they begin to project their own darkness onto the people they interact with. They start judging the world around them. They begin to project their own darkness onto the people they interact with. They start judging the world around them.”
She concluded the post by urging people to treat everyone with respect, love, compassion, including those who judge harshly.

For the uninitiated, Trishala is the daughter of Sanjay Dutt from his first wife Richa Sharma, who died of a brain tumour. Trishala was raised by her maternal grandparents in the USA, where she currently stays.
The Munna Bhai M.B.B.S actor is now married to Maanayata. The couple has two kids, son Shahraan Dutt and daughter Iqra Dutt together.
