Sara Ali Khan is undoubtedly one of the most promising actresses in Bollywood. After making her Bollywood debut with Abhishek Kapoor’s Kedarnath opposite late Sushant Singh Rajput, the actress was later seen in Rohit Shetty’s Simmba paired alongside Ranveer Singh. Within a span of two years, Sara Ali Khan has carved a niche for herself in Bollywood. The star kid, who’s no less a social media star and everyone’s favourite, is gearing up for David Dhawan’s directorial Coolie No. 1 co-starring Varun Dhawan.
During her recent interview, Sara Ali Khan opened up about completing two years in showbiz. Sara said that she doesn’t choose her films, films chose her. Speaking to Pinkvilla, Sara said, “I don’t choose my films, my films choose me. I have been very lucky, that early in my career I have got to work with directors that I am not in a position to choose. Meri aukaat nahi hai ki main Aanand L Rai (Atrangi Re) ya Rohit Shetty (Simmba) ko chunungi, voh mujhe chunenge. All I will say is that my dream, and the reason I became an actor in the first place, is to experience and portray emotions and situations that I wouldn’t be able to in my own life.”
She went on to add, “While social media has given celebrities more well-wishers and fans, it has also given us a lot more people, that we are for the lack of a batter word, answerable to.”

On the work front, Sara Ali Khan has Coolie No 1 up for Christmas release and also has Aanand L Rai’s Atrangi Re opposite Akshay Kumar and Dhanush in the pipeline.
