During the promotions of Kedarnath, Sara Ali Khan was gifted a Taimur look alike doll. And this is how Sara reacted to it
Remember, a few days back, we told you how Taimur's look alike doll has hijacked the toy market and is currently a hot favourite among kids. Now, guess what? Sara Ali Khan, who was on a promotional spree for her upcoming film Kedarnath, was gifted the same Taimur look alike doll.
Sara Ali Khan, who was on a reality show to promote her film Kedarnath, was gifted a Taimur look alike toy. The actress accepted the gift and cuddled the toy. Sara Ali Khan looked pretty in a red dress as she cradled Taimur's doll in her lap. Check out the pictures below:
You may recall, filmmaker Ashvini Yardi (producer of OMG - Oh My God! and Singh Is Bliing) had shared a picture of a Taimur look alike doll from a shop.
Later, when Hindustan Times got in touch with the toddlers father, Saif Ali Khan, he had said, “Maybe I should trademark his name…The least they could do is send me one!” Further, he had said, “I am glad people are benefiting from him. I only ask God for his safety and happiness in return.”
After Saif, Kareena Kapoor Khan had as also reacted to the toy that resembled her son, Taimur. She had said, “Taimur can’t run away from his popularity and neither can his parents. When I saw the doll, I wondered what I was supposed to say. But Saif pointed out that it’s because people love him so much and such things are a blessing for him. There is so much of genuine warmth for our son that it’s bad to stop people from clicking his pictures or making his dolls.”
