For the past few weeks, Sara Ali Khan made it to the headlines for her alleged involvement in connection to the drug probe in actor Sushant Singh Rajput death case. Before that, Sara was spending her lockdown days at home and in Goa, in quarantine with her family. The actress who is very keen about maintaining a healthy lifestyle was busy working out at home. As Sara hit the gym regularly before the Coronavirus lockdown, after sharing a video of Janhvi Kapoor, fitness expert Namrata Purohit now shares a throwback video performing Pilates with Sara Ali Khan.
On Instagram, Namrata Purohit shared the throwback video with Sara and wrote, “When we move we move smart #PilatesGirls at work @saraalikhan95 miss you! Can't wait to train in person again.” Purohit mentioned how Sara and she move smart whenever they move. The fitness expert shared the video with Sara Ali Khan and called them ‘Pilates Girls at work’. She also went on to tag the Simmba actress in the post, and mentioned she’s missing her. Namrata Purohit finally said she can’t wait to train Sara in person.
Speaking of the epic and LIT video shared by Sara Ali Khan’s fitness partner, the video features them both performing Pilates. The girls are performing a planks exercise during their Pilates session and seem to be doing the best to strengthen their core muscles. While Sara is giving her best during her rigorous workout session, Namrata Purohit keeps up with the Kedarnath actress, supporting her. Watch the video!
