Satte Pe Satta Remake: Kriti Sanon To Step Into Ranjeeta Kaur's Shoes For This Hrithik Roshan, Anushka Sharma Film?
Another day, another rumour! Now, reports state that Kriti Sanon will be seen reprising Ranjeeta Kaur’s part in the Satte Pe Satta remake
If there’s any Bollywood movie that has kept the rumour mills buzzing since its inception, it has to be Farah Khan and Rohit Shetty’s upcoming film, which is going to be the official remake of 1982’s iconic comedy film, Satte Pe Satta. While the speculations have it that the film is going to star Hrithik Roshan and Anushka Sharma in the lead roles, there hasn’t been any official announcement from the makers yet. And, now, we have come across yet another gossip in regards to the film’s star cast. Sigh!
Reportedly, Kriti Sanon has been approached to come onboard for Ranjeeta Kaur’s part. In fact, she has also given her nod. Interestingly, this will be a first full-fledged collaboration between Farah and Kriti; however, she has worked with Rohit Shetty in the past for Dilwale. Exciting news, isn’t it? Well, we now wait for an official announcement for the same, guess; Farah Khan is leaving no stone unturned to make her film bigger and better before she finally discloses the news to fans. Meanwhile, Kriti Sanon is currently gearing up for her upcoming multi-starrer comedy film, Housefull 4. It also stars Akshay Kumar, Riteish Deshmukh, Bobby Deol, Pooja Hegde and Kriti Kharbanda in the lead roles. Housefull 4 is slated to hit the big screens during Diwali this year and has been directed by Farhad Samji. Kriti also has Ashutosh Gowarikar’s Panipat, co-starring Arjun Kapoor and Sanjay Dutt.
