Say What! Amitabh Bachchan RENTS Out His Andheri Duplex To Kriti Sanon; Amount That Actress Has Paid As Security Deposit Will Leave You Stunned
Kriti Sanon has reportedly rented Amitabh Bachchan's Andheri Apartment and the actress will pay a whopping Rs. 10 lakh every month
Well, the gorgeous Kriti Sanon is megastar Amitabh Bachchan's tenant for the next two years. Yes, you read that right! Big B has reportedly rented out his duplex home in Andheri to Sanon, who was previously living with her sister and parents in her Juhu apartment. As per the latest report, the Mimi actress would pay a whopping Rs. 10 lakh every month.
A report in Money Control stated that the rent for the duplex unit is Rs. 10 lakh per month for two years. The apartment is on the 27th and 28th floor and is located at the Altantis building on Lokhandwala Road in Andheri West. The house has four car parking lots. The report added that Kriti has paid an amount of Rs. 60 lakh as the security deposit. This means the actress has locked this property for two years.
It is said that Amitabh purchased this 5,184 sqft property in Atlantis for Rs. 31 crores in December 2020 but the apartment got registered this year in April. The leave and license agreement of the apartment was registered on November 12. Notably, this is not the first property that Amitabh Bachchan has given on rent. The megastar and his son Abhishek have also rented out one of their Juhu properties on lease to the State Bank of India. The 79-year-old actor had reportedly leased the property to SBI for 15 years.
Meanwhile, on the work front, Kriti Sanon has an array of projects lineup, including Rohit Dhawan’s 'Shehzada', ‘Adipurush’, ‘Bachchan Pandey,’ ‘Ganapath’, and 'Bhediya'.
