Shah Rukh Khan And Salman Khan Engage In A Fun Banter On Twitter, In Total 'Dabangg' And 'Karan Arjun' Style
Taking forward the curiosity sparked by the #SiwaySRK campaign by Disney+ Hotstar, Shah Rukh Khan and Salman Khan engage in a fun banter on Twitter.
Shah Rukh Khan was last seen on screen in Aanand L Rai’s Zero, with Anushka Sharma and Katrina Kaif, three years ago. But the superstar sure does know how to keep the curiosity of his fans at the peak all the time. Be it his witty #AskSrk sessions on Twitter or the rumours of his upcoming film appearances, the actor never goes missing from the news.
Recently, SRK piqued the curiosity of everyone across the nation with his latest ad campaign #SiwaySRK for Disney+ Hotstar. With actors like Ajay Devgn, Sanjay Dutt and Saif Ali Khan amongst others making their way to the platform through their projects, the campaign sees SRK suffering from FOMO. And the interesting video did catch the eye of several A-listers across the industry.
SRK’s buddy and filmmaker Karan Johar also shared his surprise over the video earlier, saying that he can’t believe that even the Badshah of Bollywood suffers from FOMO. SRK had replied to that, saying,” Picture to abhi baaki hai… mere doston…,” teasing his fans for a possible digital debut.
Ranveer Singh also resonated with the emotion as he praised the ‘sans’ of humour of King Khan.
Now the latest person to join this banter is none other than Bhaijaan, Salman Khan himself. Intrigued by the campaign, Salman also took to Twitter to welcome SRK in his own Dabangg Chulbul Pandey style. He said, “Hmmm Swagat nahi karoge @iamsrk ka? #SiwaySRK.”
Taking in its stride, even SRK replied to his friend and on-screen brother from Karan Arjun, saying, “Thanks bhaijaan. Ye bandhan abhi bhi pyaar ka bandhan hai. #SiwaySRK”
Aren’t these two the cutest?
Now that SRK and Salman have reminded us of their Karan Arjun days, we can’t wait for the Zero reunion to happen again on screen, and if reports are to be believed, we might not have to wait for so long. Reportedly, Laal Singh Chadha might be doing the impossible by bringing the three Khans - Shah Rukh, Salman and Aamir - together on screen.
Work-wise, SRK is currently shooting for Atlee’s next in Pune. The film is touted to be based on a heist. Apart from that, he also has Siddharth Anand’s Pathan with Deepika Padukone and John Abraham. There are reports of him doing a film with Rajkumar Hirani as well and he has cameos in R Madhavan’s Rocketry and Ranbir Kapoor and Alia Bhatt’s Brahmastra. And if the Hotstar campaign is an indication of something, SRK’s digital debut might be around the corner as well.
