Shah Rukh Khan has joined hands with Rajkumar Hirani, finally for his film based on immigration. There were reports that it will go on floors in April and May but SpotboyE.com has a different update on its shoot
There is a lot of buzz about the Shah Rukh Khan- Rajkumar Hirani next. The two biggies have collaborated for a film based on immigration. The news did make a lot of wave, a few weeks back, as Shah Rukh finally gave his nod to star in the film, directed by Hirani. Interestingly, he had refused his Munnabhai MBBS while some also say that SRK was approached for 3 Idiots too.
Nonetheless, Hirani and Khan are finally coming together and reports suggested that the film will roll in April or May 2020. However, SpotboyE.com has the latest update on it. We hear that the shoot of the film will commence in August 2020. It will be produced by Red Chillies Entertainment and will be Hirani's first film outside Vidhu Vinod Chopra Films (VVC Films). The two last collaborated on Ek Ladki Ko Dekha Toh Aisa Laga.

Talking about the female lead, there is a strong buzz that it could either be a toss between Kareena Kapoor Khan and Kajol. While Hirani has worked with Bebo in 3 Idiots, Kajol and he have not collaborated till now. An official announcement on the film and its cast is still awaited.
