Shah Rukh Khan Responds To Paulo Coelho's Thank You Note On Sanjay Mishra Starrer Kaamyaab; 'Look After Yourself My Friend'

Shah Rukh Khan Responds To Paulo Coelho's Thank You Note On Sanjay Mishra Starrer Kaamyaab; 'Look After Yourself My Friend'
Sanjay Mishra's film Kaamyaab that released in March this year has been receiving accolades from all corners. Today, the renowned author Paulo Coelho appreciated the film. He sent out a message to Shah Rukh Khan stating how this film depicts the reality of the sad state artistes' suffer. He thanked Shah Rukh Khan for backing a film like Kaamyaab and even spoke about the death of a Brazilian actor. Now, Bollywood's Badshah has responded to Paulo's tweet.

Shah Rukh Khan wrote, "Saw the film when it was doing Festival rounds and it touched a chord with the whole team at @RedChilliesEnt. Am so moved you appreciate. It’s a sad truth that character actors get forgotten. Look after yourself my friend and be safe & healthy." The Alchemist writer had tweeted, "The producers thank you in the very 1st frame, @iamsrk. I am doing the same. 2 days ago a great Brazilian actor , Flavio Migliaccio, committed suicide, leaving a note on how the industry treats their artists. This movie, labeled as “comedy”, is in fact the tragedy of Art."

Kaamyaab is directed National Award-winning director Hardik Mehta and it narrates the journey of an actor who strives to get that one big role in a film before his retirement so that he is remembered forever. Sanjay Mishra's prolific performance in the film got him appreciation from all corners.


Even Sanjay Mishra replied to Paulo Coelho's tweet and wrote, "ज़िंदगी की गद्दारी से कई सिकंदर हारे है @paulocoelho but irony is here audience thinks only comedy is entertainment, #Kaamyaab is not comedy, it's a slice of life."
