Shah Rukh Khan To Collaborate With Rajkumar Hirani For A Love Story?
Rumours are rife that Shah Rukh Khan and Rajkumar Hirani have almost finalised a film, which they will co-produce and which will star Khan in the lead. It is touted to be a love story
After starring in Aanand L. Rai's Zero, Shah Rukh Khan has not announced his next project yet. Though it was reported that Shah Rukh Khan will be doing a Rakesh Sharma Biopic, however, later it was stated that King Khan has backed out from the project. Now we hear that SRK will be next seen in a love story that will be helmed by Sanju director Rajkumar Hirani. Yes, you read that right! Shah Rukh Khan will collaborate with the maverick director Rajkumar Hirani for a love story.
Talking about the collaboration, a source tells Mid-Day, "People have been waiting for Shah Rukh to announce his next project after Zero. Shah Rukh and Hirani have been meeting since a few months to discuss this. It's almost finalized. Hirani will float his own banner and will not [work] with Vidhu Vinod Chopra, as has been the norm. It's a romantic drama with a strong emotional cord running through; it's right up SRK's alley."
Meanwhile, on the occasion of Eid, Shah Rukh Khan, as his usual thing, came out to wave and greeted his fans who were outside his Mannat house. He even shared a video on his Instagram handle, captioning, “Thank u all for spending your Eid with me... May God bless u all with health and happiness. #EidMubarak”
Well, if this news turns out to be true, then we are more than happy to know it. We can only imagine the epicness of them seeing together for a film.
