Vikas Bahl of Phantom Films may have made his way back home after the Leeds and Poland schedules of his wedding rom-com Shandaar with Alia Bhatt and Shahid Kapoor. But the filmmaker is far from putting a full-stop on the project! His cast, including the secondary cast, will be back in the studios in Mumbai for an 18-day schedule. Apart from some patch work, the filmmaker plans to shoot two glitzy songs with everyone in tow.
A source says, “It’s a wedding movie that deals with issues involved in a marriage in a very subtle manner. And these songs will be heavy on dance and music, which form an essential ingredient in every marriage in India. The songs will obviously feature Shahid and Alia as they form a crucial part of the act.”
Last heard, Alia had recovered from her temporary illness after the lengthy schedule abroad and had hit the gym to get back in shape before shooting commences again.
