Ever heard of the term not seeing 'eye to eye'? Well, Bollywood has its stories of exes not being the best of friends, but this takes the cake, people.
A director's work is never easy, they have do this and that and all that - and director Abhishek Chaubey has one more aspect to take care of on the sets of Udta Punjab.
Here's something interesting that our sources close to Udta Punjab told us, and only on condition of anonymity.
The filmmakers were directed to ensure that Shahid Kapoor and Kareena' Kapoor's shooting schedules for the upcoming Udta Punjab didn't clash.
In other words, Shahid and Kareena are certainly not seeing 'eye to eye', and didn't have any inclination to bump into each other on the sets.
And it didn't end here. Rumour has it that, if and when the shooting schedules clashed, the film makers had to ensure that one went only after the other had arrived.
Why? You ask? Well, doesn't everyone remember when Shahid and Kareena were a couple? We were pleasantly surprised when news of the Udta Punjab cast poured in. Why?
We thought that both Shahid and Kareena, who have settled down with Mira Rajput and Saif Ali Khan respectively, had let bygones be bygones.
Kareena even claimed that she was the first to know about Mira from Shahid himself. It follows that Shahid invited her for his saat pheras and the party thereafter But well, even the keenest of eyes couldn't spot her anywhere during the wedding and the reception.
And that makes us wonder, is Kareena lying about her status quo with Shahid? Come on, Bebo, you don't need to. We all know what's it to have exes, right?
