Shahid Kapoor's First Co-Star Shenaz Treasury Says He Became A Friend During The Shoot Of Ishq Vishk; Actress Says, 'Amrita Rao And I Didn’t Really Hit It Off’

Shenaz Treasury, who made her Bollywood debut with Shahid Kapoor and Amrita Rao in Ishq Vishk, has many feathers to her cap. Along with being an actress, she is VJ, TV host, travel vlogger, and a content creator. Though the actress did selective movies in her career, she has a loyal fan following for the content she creates for the digital platform. The multi-faceted actress in conversation with IndianExpress.com spoke about her debut movie.
Speaking about Shahid Kapoor who also marked his Bollywood debut with Isha Vishk, Shenaz said they became good friends back then. However, they are not in touch anymore. She said, “I see Shahid sometimes at the gym. He’s a really sweet guy. We were good friends at that time. Although now we’re not really in touch.” Shenaz added, “He used to tell me that I got to be something more than a VJ. I guess I wasn’t that serious about it. I had this regular job at MTV which I really enjoyed and I didn’t want to leave that for Bollywood. I had a good equation with Shahid.”
Shenaz also confessed that Amrita Rao and she never really bonded. “I had been on camera, he hadn’t. He was completely fresh. I guess when we went to Cape Town, that was the first time he was on a plane. It was fun. We really got along. Amrita and I didn’t really hit it off. That’s the truth,” she said.
