Shahid Kapoor’s Untitled Web Series To Kick-Start Third Schedule In Mumbai; Makers To Shoot For 40 Days
As per the latest reports, the makers of Shahid Kapoor’s untitled web series will start their third schedule in Mumbai for 40 days across various parts of the city
After a banging success of The Family Man series, creator duo Raj and DK are all set to bring another gripping project, this time starring Shahid Kapoor. The web series is touted to be an out-and-out actioner. Though the name of the series is not yet revealed, the shooting started in January. Now, as per the latest reports, the makers of the untitled web series will start their third schedule in Mumbai as there is an ease in lockdown restrictions in the city now. The makers will be shooting for 40 days across various parts of the city.
“Since the past three days, Raj-DK have been filming crucial sequences at Film City, Goregaon with the leading man. A set of a huge, bustling market has been created at the venue. The creators will also shoot at various locations across Mumbai for the next 40 days,” reveals a source to Mid-Day. South actor Raashii Khanna will play the female lead in the project. The reports further state that initially, the creator-director duo intended to wrap up the web series by June, but the second wave played a spoilsport and were unable to meet the deadline.
The source adds, “The makers have also lined up a foreign schedule, post which it will be a wrap on the show.” Well, we hope the makers announce the title of the film after the wrap.
Meanwhile, Master star Vijay Sethupathi is also said to be starring in the Shahid Kapoor-starrer. In an interview with SpotboyE, the actor confirmed his presence in the series while dismissing the rumours of working with Manoj Bajpayee in The Family Man 3.
