Shilpa Shetty And Raj Kundra Make Their FIRST Joint Appearance Since His Bail In Pornography Case; Couple Visit A Temple In Himachal Pradesh
Raj Kundra has been spotted in public with wife Shilpa Shetty for the first time
Shilpa Shetty's husband, businessman Raj Kundra has been in the news since he got arrested in pornography case. He was granted bail a couple of weeks ago. Since his bail, Raj has been keeping a low-profile and was away from the public eye. However, on Tuesday, Raj Kundra made his first public appearance after his bail in pornography case.
In the pictures going viral on social media, Shilpa Shetty and Raj were photographed visiting a temple in Himachal Pradesh. For their visit, the couple wore matching yellow outfits. Raj wore a yellow kurta and white pyjamas whereas Shilpa opted for a yellow salwar-kameez.
After seeking blessings at the temple, the couple walked hand-in-hand. The pictures are now going viral on social media. A video of the couple also surfaced online.
After Raj Kundra's arrest, Shilpa had kept a low-profile. Taking to Instagram, she had shared a post that read, "Yes! The past few days have been challenging, on every front. There have been a lot of rumours and accusations. A lot of unwarranted aspersions on me cast by the media and (not so) well wishers as well. A lot of trolling/questions posed... not only to me but also to my family. MY STAND... I HAVE NOT COMMENTED YET and will continue to refrain from doing so on this case as it is subjudice, so please stop attributing false quotes on my behalf." The actress continued, "Reiterating my philosophy of, as a celebrity "Never complain, never explain". All I will say is, as it's an on-going investigation, I have full faith in the Mumbai Police & the Indian judiciary. As a family, we are taking recourse to all our available legal remedies." She further requested everyone to respect her family's privacy.
She later returned to work and fulfilled all the commitments. Shilpa will now be seen as a judge on 'India's Got Talent'. She will be joined by rapper Badshah and Kirron Kher.
