Actor Shilpa Shetty Kundra taking to Instagram remembered her late father Surendra Shetty on his birth anniversary. The successful diva shared a throwback picture of her along with her father, which also has her younger sister Shamita Shetty. The note penned by Shilpa had her mention that how she feels her father is still protecting and shielding them like a guardian angel. She also paid her gratitude as he brings them out of tough situations, attaining victory. Followed by mentioning how Shamita who is currently in BB15 house needs him and she knows he is already with her.
Shilpa ended her note by showering her love and prayers on him. Her note read, “Happy birthday, Daddy! We know that you’re right here protecting us like our Guardian Angel always shielding and bringing us victorious out of tough situations. Tunki needs you around now, Daddy… and I know you’re already there with her. Love yoy praying for you always!.” Surendra Shetty passed away in 2016 due to a cardiac arrest. Following his death, the Shetty sisters were seen completing the rituals.

Shilpa who is currently seen supporting Shamita, during the Ask Me Anything (AMA) session said, “I am feeling very happy about Shamita’s presence on Bigg Boss 15. I take a lot of pride in her. She is doing fabulously well. Please support her, guys, and please vote for her. I want her to win.”
