Shilpa Shetty Requests Tom Holland To Get Her A Ticket For' Spider-Man: No Way Home', Dances On ‘Chura Ke Dil Mera’ With Spidey; Netizens Call It ‘Overacting’
Marvel’s ‘Spider-Man: No Way Home’ starring Tom Holland hits the big screens in India today, on December 16, a day before its worldwide release tomorrow. Since the tickets sake went live in India, many have been struggling to get online tickets for the film. And, amongst them is actress Shilpa Shetty Kundra, who requested Tom himself to get her tickets to the film. Not just that, in barter, she teaches a person dressed as Spider-Man dance moves on ‘Chura Ke Dil Mera’. While fans are loving the video, a certain section of people trolled her calling it ‘overacting.’

Taking to Instagram, the Dhadkan actress posted a video and wrote, “With great power comes great responsibility, Spidey! And, it’s your responsibility to get me the tickets lest there’s No Way Home for me because I couldn’t find them on the web @tomholland2013.” The hilarious clip opens with the actress entering the room as she exclaims they were all sold out. She gets surprised finding a person in spiderman’s costume in the room. She then tells him, “Ek ticket de na, baba (Give me one ticket, please).”

She also offers him a barter deal - she will teach him something in exchange for a ticket. In the video, Shilpa is seen teaching Spider-Man how to do a  ‘thumka’ and shake his hips but gives upon him. She then teaches him the hook step of her iconic number ‘Chura Ke Dil Mera’. 
Several netizens called it 'overacting'. While one said, “Over Acting,” another wrote, “overacting ki dukaan Shilpa.”


On a related note, Helmed by Jon Watts, the film also stars Zendaya, Benedict Cumberbatch, and Jacob Batalon. The movie is based on a Marvel Comic book by Stan Lee and Steve Ditko and is flying high at the box office.
