Shah Rukh Khan’s son Aryan Khan's nabbed by the Narcotics Control Bureau on October 2, 2021, at a cruise party in Mumbai for reported consumption of banned substances. The superstar’s son who was arrested on Sunday immediately after he was produced in the court will now be in remand till October 7, 2021. This news has remained in the headlines, where people are seen watching what will happen next. Meanwhile, friends of the star couple, such as Salman Khan, Seema Khan, Maheep Kapoor and more were clicked making a visit to their residence, Mannat.
Well known author and columnist Shobhaa De speaking to NDTV, shares this being a high profile case, should go deeper than just investigation. It is generating that kind of sensationalistic and warriorlistic pleasure in seeing whether Aryan Khan is going to be actually how he is going to be arrested, what statement is he going to be signing, all these things has gone viral and everything to do with his public profile as the son of Shah Rukh Khan,” said Shobhaa De
She feels after Sushant Singh Rajput, this is the second case and one should take it as ‘Wake Up Call.’ “But that the problem is very much there and has been addressed may be perhaps not strongly enough after Sushant Singh Rajput that incident. This is the second such and which should act as a wake up call. What we have to remember to start with that whether it’s Shah Rukh Khan’s son Aryan Khan or anybody else the legal process is being followed, they are citizen of country like everybody else,” continues the author-columnist.
While extended their support to Aryan’s parents, Gauri and Shah Rukh Khan, she spoke about how this will be affecting them. “I think it is going to be up still further and it is tragedy.
