Sidharth Malhotra-Kiara Advani Wedding: Mehendi And Sangeet Ceremony To Be Held Today At Suryagarh Palace, Followed By Haldi Tomorrow Morning
Sidharth Malhotra and Kiara Advani’s families have reached Rajasthan to celebrate their union
One of the most sought after couples in Bollywood, Sidharth Malhotara and Kiara Advani are all set to tie the knot on Monday. If reports are to be believed the couple’s pre-wedding ceremonies will be commencing today, on February 5th, at the Suryagarh Palace, Jaisalmer, Rajasthan. According to Zee News, they will be hosting their Mehendi ceremony and Sangeet night today.
It will be followed by a Haldi ceremony on the morning of February 6th, after which they will be tying the knot in the presence of the family and friends. Talking about the venue, the media publication has reported that over 80 rooms have been booked for the wedding and many A-list celebrities will be attending the wedding and offer their best wishes to the newly-wed. Well, fans are certainly on the moon as one by one the couple and their family members have been papped arriving at the airport. While Kiara arrived with fashion designer Manish Malhotra, her parents arrived after her. Even Sidharth and his family were seen arriving at the airport. Talking about the guest list, it is being said that Shahid Kapoor, Mira Kapoor, Karan Johar, Rohit Shetty, Varun Dhawan among others will be attending the wedding. The couple has also introduced a strict no-phone policy at the wedding venue. They have requested their guests to not post any pictures from the ceremony on social media. It was reported that the guests will be requested to submit their phones and those who will have phones would be told not to click and share photos before the couple shares themselves. It is also being reported that Sidharth and Kiara have given strict guidelines to the hotel staff and have briefed them about the no-phone policy.
The news and reports of their upcoming wedding has taken social media by storm. Their fans are over the moon to see their favourite couple getting married. For the unversed, Sidharth and Kiara got close to each other while working for the movie Shershaah, a biopic of Captain Vikram Batra.
On the work front, Kiara Advani was last seen in Govinda Naam Mera alongside Vicky Kaushal and Bhumi Pednekar and Sidharth Malhotra was last seen in Mission Majnu alongside Rashmika Mandanna. Both the movies were released on OTT platforms.
